Wedding Films

Wedding Films that feel honest and cinematic

Your wedding day will pass in a beautiful blur — and a film lets you feel it again.

My approach to wedding films focuses on capturing real emotion, natural movement, and the quiet in-between moments that would otherwise fade with time. These aren’t highlight reels made to impress — they are films that feel like memories, letting you relive the laughter, the tears, and the atmosphere of your day.

Everyday Moments Told Beautifully

Some of the most meaningful parts of a wedding are the quiet ones: the pause before the vows, a shared glance in the sunshine, an embrace between friends. I aim to document these moments with softness, warmth, and cinematic style, blending in so you can stay present in your day rather than performing for a camera. Across countryside marquees, historic manor houses, and city elopements, I work unobtrusively — capturing genuine laughter, heartfelt speeches, and those details that make your wedding uniquely yours.

A Calm Presence On the Day

I arrive early to document the build-up and atmosphere, move quietly alongside your photographer, and keep things relaxed so your partner, family, and friends forget I’m even there. A good wedding film doesn’t feel staged — it feels lived.

This approach reflects the editorial, gentle storytelling that many couples are drawn to across Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds.

Real Stories, Real Weddings

Below is a selection of films that show the variety of weddings and celebrations I’ve had the privilege of documenting — from intimate ceremonies in secret gardens to relaxed marquee celebrations under open skies.

Lucy & Laurence

Hellens Manor, Herefordshire

Weddings at Hellens Manor in Herefordshire feel like stepping into a romantic storybook. This historic estate is surrounded by peaceful gardens, ancient orchards, and character filled timber framed buildings that create a warm and intimate atmosphere. As a wedding videographer, it is a dream setting, with soft natural light, textured backdrops, and endless little corners perfect for capturing authentic moments. Couples love the blend of rustic charm and elegant heritage, creating a relaxed yet magical environment where their story unfolds beautifully on film.

Gabby & Freddie

pauntley court

Gabby and Freddie’s intimate Pauntley Court wedding was filled with warmth, character, and the kind of quiet magic this Gloucestershire gem is known for. The day began with a heartfelt first look in the gardens, a peaceful moment surrounded by soft greenery and the gentle charm of the estate. Their vintage cars added a touch of timeless elegance, perfectly matching the warm colours and historic feel of the manor. Pauntley Court’s hidden corners, peaceful courtyards, and sweeping views created a beautiful backdrop for every moment, capturing the tenderness and joy of a small celebration shared with the people who mattered most.

Will & Christie

Deans court | Somerset

Will and Christie’s rainy day wedding at Deans Court felt beautifully romantic, with soft light and gentle showers creating an atmosphere full of tenderness and calm. The rain added a cosy elegance to the day, making every moment feel even more intimate as guests gathered inside the historic house with its warm tones and graceful details. Umbrellas, reflections on the pathways, and the lush gardens glistening after each shower created stunning opportunities for natural and heartfelt storytelling. Deans Court proved that a little rain can shape a wedding into something truly unforgettable, filled with emotion and quiet beauty.

Tom & Ella

Cotswold marquee

Tom and Ella’s marquee wedding in the Cotswolds was the perfect blend of relaxed elegance and countryside charm. Set against rolling hills and soft golden fields, their marquee became a bright, joyful space filled with personal touches and warm summer light. Guests wandered between the open sides, enjoying the views and the easy flow of the day, while the surrounding landscape created endless opportunities for natural, heartfelt moments. It was a celebration that felt effortlessly joyful, rooted in the beauty of the Cotswolds and the genuine connection between two people and their favourite people.

Jade & Amandeep

Fitzrovia | London

Jade and Amandeep’s Fitzrovia elopement was a beautiful fusion of modern city energy and intimate, heartfelt celebration. Tucked among London’s character filled streets, they shared quiet moments together, strolling past boutique cafés, textured brickwork, and elegant townhouses that gave their day a distinctly romantic feel. Their ceremony was simple and full of emotion, the kind of moment that feels suspended from time. With the soft hum of the city around them, their elopement became a wonderfully personal adventure — stylish, soulful, and perfectly them.
